This is where we ate breakfast last weekend for 3 days at the beach. Pine Island Diner is located next to the Hampton Inn at 345 Audubon Drive, Corolla, NC. They serve fabulous breakfast that we enjoyed a lot.
The staff in this diner are all friendly and the food is affordable. We walked just right next to the hotel to have our breakfast here. I love those banana split pancakes and their omelet. When we go back to the beach we will surely spend our breakfast time here again.
